We’ve identified that the issue primarily affects certain iPhone 16 devices running iOS 18+. While we’ve heard isolated reports from other devices, we have not been able to reproduce those cases. Our team is still actively investigating the root cause.

Resolution: Mobile bug fixed. Some users may still see a loading screen — restarting the app resolves this.
